Initial Meeting:
The first phase of the design-build process is our initial contact with you. During this meeting, either in person, by telephone or by Internet, the details of the proposed project and associated needs are discussed with you. We will then review the scope of the project and your design objectives. Using this information, we will provide you with an approximate cost for our design consultation services.
The fees for our design consultation are based upon a variety of factors such as the size or scope of the project; the uniqueness or complexity of the design concept; your budgetary needs or requirements and a number of other factors which we will discuss during our initial meeting.
Design Consulting:
After we have your design ideas, possible rough sketches and have received your written purchase order, we will work with our creative team to transfer your design ideas into applicable solutions. We will review and determine which materials will be best suited for your design application and design the specialty solution which matches your design objectives. Then we will produce the initial drawings for your review.
Usually we submit our initial drawings and schedule a meeting to review our concepts and product specifications. If approved, (or modified until approved), we will provide a cost estimate with a complete contract proposal to encompass the building of these specialty design pieces.
Build:
Once the contract proposal is signed, we then convert our drawings into real-life applications. Since we have been working with the project since its conception we are intimately familiar with the scope, budget and over all requirements of the project. Therefore, we can provide a significant advantage over other suppliers.
Utilizing the approved designs, we will then begin construction, assembly and implementation of the materials until our portion has been completed.
